Q. Will you groom my Great Dane?

 

A. You bet! We welcome all size dogs.

 

Q. Do you accept walk ins?

 

A. We do when our schedule will allow. However, there is no guarantee that we can accept your dog. In order to ensure a spot for grooming it is best to schedule an appointment. "We do always accept walk-ins for nail trims" but not for baths and full grooms.

 

Q. Do you need my vaccination records?

 

A. Yes, on your first visit we will need to see proof of your dog's vaccination record. We can always get this from your vet with a quick phone call if you forgot it.

 

Q. I have a 4 month old puppy. Will you groom him?

 

A. Yes, We take all dogs over 15 weeks old for grooming. However, you should keep in mind that a 4 month old puppy will only tolerate so much in one day. We would prefer to keep a puppy's first grooming session short and simple. We will be happy to give your puppy the best haircut that he/she will allow.

 

Q. Can I just get my dogs nails trimmed?

 

A. Yes, we offer many items such as nail trimming a la cart.

 

Q. How long will the grooming take?

 

A. This can vary from dog to dog for many reasons but most sessions take about 2 to 3 hours. We will call you as soon as your dog is ready to be picked up.

 

Q. Can I drop my dog off in the morning and pick it up after work?

 

A. Yes, however for your dogs sake we prefer you pick up your dog as soon as possible after his/her grooming is complete.

 

Q. I think my dog has mange, can you help?

 

A. No! If you believe your dog has a medical condition you need to see a veterinarian for professional medical treatment right away.

 

Q. I have an elderly dog that has special needs, can you groom him/her.

 

A. Yes, we would be happy to provide service to your special needs dog. We will do everything we can to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for your companion while in our care.
